Review: don't expect magic by Kathy McCullough

Don't Expect MagicMy rating: 3 of 5 stars

don't expect magic by Kathy McCullough was a fun, sweet YA read. Delaney Collins is going through a tough time. She has to leave her home and best friend to live with her dad after her mom dies. She doesn't want to spend time with the drive by dad that never made time for her. Even worse than that is the new school that she has to go to with all of the too happy pod like people that inhabit it!

It is fun to watch as she finds her way making mistake after mistake.

She finds out that her dad is a fairy godmother. She begins to wonder if she is too. She tries and tries and just when she's about to give up, she makes something happen.

This book was funny and charming. It had a cute plot that was easy to follow. The romance was sweet.

I enjoyed it and recommend it to anyone looking for a sweet, fun YA book to read.
